A Letter to My Community

Dear Community,

The time to support an artist, creative,  performer etc.

Is…ALWAYS!

There is always something you can do…and it does not have to be promising to attend an event or show you end up forgetting about… or asking for a discount to come and see.

We are always sharpening our craft. Asking us what’s next is like saying…”Wow that was great, but what else ya got!? I want more right now!”
We love the enthusiasm; don’t get me wrong; but it took weeks, months if not years of preparation, tears, practice and MONEY to present this extention of ourselves to you.
PLEASE be present and enjoy this once in a life time moment!

Some other ways you can support an artist always is through money or acts of service. You can offer to provide food, gas or lodging. Gift them a subscription to boost/continue honing their skills. Provide tools and items such as books, dance attire, brushes, makeup, lessons etc.
Or just bless their pocket with a monotrey donation.

Most importantly, be there!
Show up when you say you will.
Give feedback and praise and even critique.
After all the energy we pour into doing what we love there is nothing worst then hearing…”oh I was going be there but…”  or  “Can I get a discount!?”…or “I got you on the next one.”

We are not wind-up dolls for your entertainment! We are human beings who already know how hard it is to pursue a career that is deemed as a failed choice or a road to starvation.
The world needs creatives we bring the HOPE!

We will thrive no matter what!

It is however, always nice to have full support from the community of people we share our HOPE with.

Sincerely yours

Artist
